A bespoke Japan tour begins with a detailed discovery questionnaire and conversation about your dates, budget, pace, travel style and the experiences you want to remember. The result is not a recycled itinerary with a different name—it is a considered first draft built for you.
You might be drawn to tiny neighbourhood restaurants, family adventures, luxury countryside ryokans, ceramics, traditional crafts, food and sake, or hidden onsen towns. Sachi brings these threads together into a private journey that feels coherent and achievable.
Local knowledge with cultural context
Planning Japan can feel overwhelming: transport systems, accommodation choices and an extraordinary number of destinations compete for attention. Sachi helps narrow those possibilities and explains the cultural details that make the journey easier and more meaningful.
Her perspective is shaped by a lifetime between Australia and Japan, family connections to Kyushu and a love of the everyday places often missed by standard itineraries.
How the design process works
The A$100 design fee covers your discovery guide, initial research, a personalised draft itinerary, suggested destinations, accommodation and experiences, and an initial consultation. If you proceed with your Japan with Sachi journey, the fee is credited toward the final journey cost.
The design fee covers planning and creation only; bookings, transport, accommodation and experiences are quoted separately.
